Hello!  My name is Denise Nipper and I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to visit Cypress Pines Ranch.  My Husband, Robert, and I designed and had our home built in 1994.  It is nestled on 15 acres in the beautiful Piney Woods of East Texas, about halfway between Longview and Gilmer.  We have been blessed with a home filled with love, especially when our 5 children, their spouses and our 9 grandchildren are here!

 

I love scrapbooking and decided (with Robert's encourgement) to share that love with other scrapbookers and open a retreat.  We will always strive to make you feel comfortable so you can spend the entire time croppping, relaxing, reading, etc. away from the stresses of daily life.  Our goal is to make your stay as relaxing as possible and to prepare wonderfully delectable meals for you to enjoy during your time with us.

 

We presently have accommodations for groups of 10, but plan expand at some time in the future.  Our three bathrooms are equipped with blow dryers.

 

Our Cropping Room is in our light and airy Sunroom and is equipped with a  color tv/vcr/dvd (also direct tv), cd player, some cd's & movies, and a refrigerator.

 

We offer the free use of our Sizzix & diecuts, large paper cutter, and large selection of stamps & ink, computer, scanner, and (for a small fee for ink & paper) printer.

 

Of course, we strive to pamper and can have the BEST massage therapist and pedicurist available.  A Creative Memories consultant can have her products available throughout the weekend for you convenience.
